Grow, located on the rooftop, continues to serve up Celebrity Chef Ryan Clift’s authentic famed dishes such as Moms Leek Potato Soup, Steak Tartar, Chicken thigh, Pork Belly, Basil lemon tart and Roasted Mango. Grow is established to introduce healthy, impressionable fresh and sustainable modern European and Asian cuisine, with a focus on fresh ingredients, then comes taste, texture, temperature, smell and sound. A revolutinary farm-to-table concept, Grow’s cuisine is uniquely complemented and paired with a bespoke cocktail menu, featuring blends that use the island’s signature fruits, spices and greens. The bar space at Grow Bali is a welcoming feature. Here you can choose a comfy stool by the bar or sink into a wicker chair if you’re gathering with friends, and enjoy pre-dinner sips while admiring the artistic combinations of wooden panels with used whiskey and wine bottles upcycled as subtle lamps hanging overhead.

The Space–

Stepping inside Grow Bali restaurant’s main dining room, which is right at the base of the hotel, you’ll discover its underlying theme of greenery and freshness throughout, with indoor plants and vertical garden partitions, as well as murals in leafy themes.The restaurant’s surrounding glassed garden further enhances this natural feel. There are tables for two, as well as a side of the dining room with sofas.

Food + Drink –

Grow’s signature cocktails include the Kupu Kupu (a blend of tequila, Cointreau, lime and rose cordial) and the Fla-Min-Grow (dark and light rum, lime, pineapple juice, beetroot and coconut cream).

Opening in March 2017, this epic rooftop space has an open-air terrace and an alluring sheltered zone seating people around an interactive bar.
